How it finds things

Three ways to put an asset on the map

Use whichever fits the asset. A truck gets a tracker. A pump in a store gets a QR label. A plot gets its boundary. They all land on the same map.

GPS trackers

Fit a tracker to a vehicle or generator and it reports where it is, how fast it's moving and its battery level. Set a geofence and get an alert when it leaves.

Print labels from the dashboard and stick them on equipment. Staff scan with the field app, which records the phone's location and an optional photo.

Each building shows its units floor by floor. The marker on the map tells you at a glance: green when every unit is occupied, amber when some are vacant, grey when all are.

The app saves every scan on the phone first, with its time and location. When the phone gets a connection it sends them in order. Nothing is lost if the battery dies or the network drops halfway.

    Map your property

    Draw or import plots and buildings, then add the units inside each one with their type and occupancy.

    Watch and get alerts

    Open the live map. Ikowapi alerts you when a tracker leaves its geofence, goes quiet, or its battery runs low.
